Perth Audiovisual have just taken delivery of a Turbosound Aspect Wide system. Specialising in corporate hire, outdoor events, concert audio and broadcast audio, Perth Audiovisual were looking for a large format yet scalable system for both indoor and outdoor shows.  

The system consists of 4 x Turbosound Aspect Wide TA-500’s and 4 x Turbosound TSW-218 dual 18” concert subs. The TA-500 (which can be run either bi-amp or tri-amp) consists of a horn loaded 15” low driver, a 10” Polyhorn loaded mid driver and a 50mm Polyhorn loaded HF driver. For maximum flexibility, the TA-500’s can be run full range and are used at some events without subs.

The complete system is powered by 1 x Lab.gruppen FP10000Q (4x2100w at 4 ohms) and 1 x Lab.gruppen FP13000 (2x6500 @2 ohms) power amplifiers. A Turbosound LMS-D26NET (2x6 DSP controller) is included in the rack.

The road case is the new Australian Monitor Rack ‘n’ Roll 9RU floating touring rack, supplied with a custom Aspect patch panel to allow simple connection of the system.
